Thrice release second part of the 4CD 'The Alchemy Index' project

THE SECOND part of the concept release 'The Alchemy Index Vols III & IV: Air & Earth' by American rockers Thrice has been released in the US on Vagrant Records. The band's drummer Riley Breckenridge told CCM magazine recently, "We wanted to do something different and challenge ourselves. There is a stigma to concept records, that they're prog-rock or super nerdy. We thought it would be an interesting way to approach the writing and recording process. It's stripped down acoustic. There's folksy, bluesy, jazzy stuff on there on conventional instruments."

Thrice's lead singer Dustin Kensrue recently released a solo disc, 'Please Come Home' on which he was outspoken about his Christian faith. CR
