British folk roots group Eden's Bridge record new album
BRITAIN'S best selling Celtic Christian band Eden's Bridge are to release their new album independently which will initially be on sale exclusively through their website. The group, previously signed to an American label, have sold over 500,000 albums and have been nominated three times for Dove Awards. The band are currently putting the finishing touches to the 'Isle Of Tides' album. Record producer and group member Richard Lacy spoke about the album. "Inspired initially by a holiday visit some years ago, 'Isle Of Tides' has grown into a linked collection of songs with the central theme of Christian pilgrimage. Pieces weave together and create evocative song pictures, of open boats and sand strewn beaches, and the album builds around the story of one pilgrim's travels to the Isle Of Tides. It has taken time to develop, but we feel it has been good to take in the time and space. It's all coming together really well now, but we keep on thinking of more 'finishing touches'! We have many fans who are waiting for this album: we think it will have been worth the wait."
This is the band's first release on their own label, Jude Music.
