America's Out_Circuit emerges with new album

AMERICAN rock avant gardist Nathan Burke, who has previously recorded under the name Frodus, has a new incarnation, Out_Circuit. Described by HM magazine as "much more ambient, melodic but yet very diverse," Out_Circuit's album 'Pierce The Empire With A Sound' features guests Dustin Kensrue and Teppi Teranishi of Thrice. CR
