Country star Ricky Skaggs has started a sister label called Ceili Music

Fresh from the launch of his Skaggs Family Records whose 'Bluegrass Rules' sold well, country legend Ricky Skaggs has started a sister label Ceili Music to concentrate on Celtic-orientated music. Talking of Celtic music, Scotland's popular Bogle Band played a huge Hogmanay bash at the New Year's "biggest party in the world" in Edinburgh.
