Gospel songwriter Tiff Joy acknowledged at BMI Awards

THE 17TH annual Trailblazers of Gospel Music organised by Broadcast Music Inc (BMI) are the latest body to acknowledge the song "Amazing" written by singer/songwriter Tiff Joy. Real name Tiffany Joy McGhee, the daughter of Chicago-based church ministers, Tiff contributed to recordings by Joshua's Troop, VaShawn Mitchell and Fred Hammond before writing "Amazing" on which she co-led on Ricky Dillard & New G's Grammy nominated 'Amazing' album. The song subsequently received a Stellar Award as Song Of The Year having spent 30 weeks in the top spot on Billboard's Gospel Chart. Tiffany Joy's own debut album has made it to Billboard's Gospel Top 10.
