Britain's Lain weighs in with debut album 'Brother Soul'.

ONE OF THE most admired singers on the British gospel and R&B scene, Lain, has released his first full album 'Brother Soul' on JDID Music Entertainment. Best known for his vocal on the UK garage top 10 hit "The Battle" by Wookie, Lain was a member of the pioneering crossover gospel group Nu Colours from 1991 to 1997 before going on to sing backups with acts like the Lighthouse Family and honing his songwriting talents. Talking about his first release on his own label, which is distributed into Christian retail by Spirit Music, Lain said, "I want to touch people with my songs the way I have been touched by others."
