A change has been made that will see Cross Rhythms remaining on the airwaves

FOLLOWING the announcement on August 21st that the Cross Rhythms radio station, broadcasting on Sky Satellite Channel 876, was to cease in September a change in that decision has now been made. Said Chris Cole, Cross Rhythms CEO, "Since we began informing our satellite listeners of our necessary intention to cease broadcasting Cross Rhythms we have received many calls and letters of disappointment and encouragement. Most significantly, on August 21st I was contacted by a supporter of Cross Rhythms who felt our decision to come off satellite would be so detrimental to the development of contemporary Christian radio in the UK that he offered £10,000 for us to continue broadcasting for a further three months. Due to this man's generosity we will indeed continue broadcasting and so I am pleased to announce that Cross Rhythms radio on Sky Satellite will not now be ceasing at the end of September." CR
