Krystal Meyers has become a big hit in Japan

AMERICAN Christian pop-rocker Krystal Meyers has become a surprise hit in Japan. The 17-year-old artist's single "Anticonformity" from her self titled debut album has made number one in Japan's general market radio chart ousting The Red Hot Chilli Peppers from the top position. Meyers commented, "Overwhelmed does not begin to describe how I feel towards the reception that I am receiving in Japan. God wanted all of this to happen and I am so thankful to be a part of it." Reflecting Krystal's success, the singer has appeared on the front covers of mainstream Japanese magazines Nylon and Bounce.

The second album by Krystal Meyers titled 'Dying For A Heart' is set for release in September. CR
