Some artists need an introduction and some don't. Bebo Norman definitely fits into the second category. Having firmly established himself in the American CCM scene producing music with his gritty, acoustic music in recent times he's gradually moved more into the pop rock arena though retaining his passion and winning way with honest, forthright lyrics. On first impression I have to admit that I was a little disappointed with this album as the songs seemed to lack immediacy. Sure the outstanding, slightly throaty voice was there as were inventive arrangements and production values that we have come to expect but I simply couldn't remember any of the tunes. I decided to persevere though and played the CD several times driving to and from work and it was amazing how the songs grew on me. There is a real lyrical depth to this one that no doubt comes from the experience and growing maturity that Bebo Norman now has. Intelligent pop rock by a man clearly working through some deep spiritual issues.

Product Description
'I’ve never written a group of songs that expressed more intently life lived in the real and in the everyday. These are songs about life lived some days in the trenches and some days on the mountain top. This is an album about a life of true and honest hope lived somewhere ‘between the dreaming and the coming true’,' explains Bebo Norman. He offers an introspective look at real life through his unique view of creation.
This new project offers listeners a glimpse into Bebo’s life as he examines his own relationship with God along with the ups and downs that we all face.
For this album, Bebo broadened his musical talents by taking a more active role as co-producer along with Jason Ingram.
'Producing this album was one of the most freeing experiences of my life. It felt like growing up. I think it was just time to step out on my own and express things exactly as they’ve been shown to me.'
It’s this honest and confident approach that has allowed Bebo to create a collection of songs that convey life and living it to the fullest through God’s love.
