This is the follow up to 2013's 'Invitation' by the London-based worship leader. Ben states in his blog that the five songs contained here reflect his "rambling musical journey," acknowledging influences such as Paul Simon on the calypso-influenced "Day Of Salvation". To my ears, Ben's major strength is to combine worship with intimacy, connecting with the listener, similar in many ways to Matt Redman. Good examples of this are "Living Word" and the personal prayer of "Follow You" (as he faces the day ahead). Another plus on this EP is Ben's sister Sarah, who plays a major lead singing role on "My Jesus I Love Thee". Her voice is outstanding as it beautifully blends with Ben's backing vocals. 'Where I Am Free' is a good example of a relatively unknown worshipper working at an outstanding level.
