An album in three chapters (so it says on the sleeve), this was a most relaxing listen - and I mean that as a compliment! Kiwi Blair has come up with 12 great reasons to stay INDOORS this summer, and with a voice that reminds this listener a little of Don McLean (no, NOT the bloke off Radio 2 - the “American Pie” guy), and a combination of washy keyboard soundscapes and a fragile yet engaging voice, ‘Under The Ice’ is another in a succession of fine releases from what they call "God's Country". And why not?
