This taster for Blake's full length album of the same name aims, according to the Michigan-based singer/songwriter, to "...bring audiences a movement of authentic worship and expression." This is quality acoustic rock, with an assured edge and a touch of class everywhere you look. Opener "Tonight" is brooding and compelling, while "My Everything" is spacious and carries with it a sense of awe at the majesty of God. The lush production is never better illustrated than on closer "The Distance Between Us" which is simply breathtaking. Blake says he hopes that the songs "...will captivate hearts...and.allow God's spirit to move." He can rest assured that with this fine piece of work, that will surely happen.
