The first song I ever heard from this guy was the 1976 classic, "To The Ancient Of Days. I really like side 1 starter, "How Can I Tell Them". Top CCM artist Bebe Winans joins the list of bgv's for this album. Great horn sounds for "LORD Won't YOU Come Out To New York"; Jonah 4:11 is referenced for the song. "Who'll Be The Next To Go" relates to the topic of abortion; how true the lyrics,"we've been sleeping too long.....now didn't we learn anything at all....". I really like "Pour Through Me", this is awesome ccm; top album fave. "It's My Dream" has great sax, and the song has hit written all over it. Melody Green (wife of late Keith Green) wrote the lyrics to "Turn It Over"; really like the music to this one, great song. The piano, worshipper "We Welcome YOU LORD" closes the album; it is simply beautiful, the bgv's add wonderful perfection to the song. GOD Bless!-Don

I so wish I could find the Lyrics to "Lord" not magnify the Lord but the one that would make a perfect easter dong from his Joy by Surprise Album.

"only seven month ago our marriage was near the end" is from Silent Witness. Bob Ayala has been one of my favorite christian musicians since the '70s. It's great to see so many others interested in his music.

I am trying to find the lyrics to a Bob Ayala song. One portion of it went like "only seven months ago our marriage was near the end, only seven months ago you'd break before you'd bend"

I love his lyrics. Saw him at Calvary Costa Mesa back in the seventies.

I met Bob back in 1978 in Ventura, Ca. where I was living at the time. I loved this song so much. The Holy Spirits anointing is really on it. I asked Bob at that time to play it for me after his performance because I wanted to get the cords right. Thank you Bob. God bless you always. Chris

Kevin - I tried emailing you but the address didn't work. I noticed you posted only a few months ago. Rescued was the first Christian tape I ever owned and is still one of my favorites. My tape has gotten pretty worn, and I would love to be able to replace it someday. email me zoicks.geo@yahoo.com

Dear Bob Ayala,
Do you have your record Album in a CD "Wood between the Worlds"? I would LOVE to order it.
Yu and Bill Haggart ( He was my civics teacher) went to HS together and that's I came across your name.
Sincerely,
Laurie Puglia

Hi Kevin,

I firts heard you Dad's album,'Rescued', twenty years ago and hte songs made a tremendous impact on me. Unfortunately I never heard or saw any of his works again until I did a websearch on him this morning. Is he still singing? People like him put the word 'ministry' into gospel music.
