Over the last 10 years Brandon Heath has produced a number of classy, singer/songwriter albums with many songs inspired by the real life stories of friends and supporters. This album sees him return to working with producer Dan Mukala (Backstreet Boys) who adds a smooth, up to date, pop edge to this music with a message. The whole set is deeply imbued with Christian spirituality to live by faith, have hope in God and his future for you to share in his love. "The Future Is Bright" kicks things off, and once over the tendency to add a well-known mobile network tag line to the title, the song will grab your ears like a bear hug from a friend. Thudding electronic strings demand attention is paid to the lyric prophesying the return of Jesus to end all pain and usher in Heaven. The majority of the music is up beat pop, electronic drums bouncing each track along, fluid keyboards supporting Brandon's voice which is strong and smooth. Lyrically all is positive but not trite as each song expands the Christian message a little more. "A Little Faith" is all that is needed to follow God, "Lighthouse" speaks of the fear that often threatens to drown a person but Jesus is there to guide and show the way through. Quieter and more reflective, but not sentimental, is his song to his yet to be born child. Gentle piano allows Brandon to wish and pray for the best for this baby ("I brought you into this world/And I'm sorry it's a little bit crazy/But I tell you there is so much good/Though the future looks a little bit hazy"). All in all a beautifully crafted set of songs meriting the big sales Brandon's American church-based following will give it.

Brandon Heath's new record will appeal to fans of his impressive catalogue of high-quality music, but will also serve to bring in new fans as seen in the reactions to the album's first single, "Whole Heart." Brandon has always excelled at creating music that is not only at the cutting-edge of sound, but that expresses the reality of walking with Jesus. His music resonates with people - which is clear as his record-breaking single "Give Me Your Eyes" which was the third Christian song to sell over 1 million copies and was certified platinum - and will also be apparent with his newest release, Faith, Hope, Love, Repeat. This album will speak to multiple generations of believers and will, once again, showcase Brandon Heath's true talents.
