CPR in this case doesn't refer to Cardio Pulmonary Resuscitation. in fact It stands for Christian Punk Rock so you know just what to expect from a band who state their influences as Sham 69, The Damned, 999 and Stiff Little Fingers. This album was recorded live at the Fusion Christian event at Huntington Beach, California in 2014 and was the band's first release. The opening track "Contagious" is just that, its raunchy rock-a-boogie reminds me a lot of "Pretty Vacant". Next up is "Frontline Worker"; the lyric is vague to say the least but could be interpreted as praise of Christians at work at the pit face of community. "Hard Life" is about the trials and tribulations of the day to day delivered with high energy and almost merciless attack while "I'm Learning" starts with a guitar line out of the Motorhead playbook and with an angry Lemmy-like vocal. "Tomorrow Is Another Day" is a song that borrows from Sham 69 and songs like "Hurry Up Harry" but is about the fact each day dawns anew with Jesus. To sum up this live album I'd have to say it's full of raw energy and that's the way I like my punk.

Wow, you nailed it! Thanks for spending the time to review. We still play contagious 1st before every set. Hahaha, also that was our first show as a band oct 31st 2014. C.P.R is working on a full length studio, hopping to be the best yet!
Thanks
Blessings, Jet
