A very pleasant surprise release from ICC, this one features singer/songwriters Clive Case and James Shears from South Africa but now based in the UK. In their press release their sound is compared to Michael Card and John Michael Talbot and certainly their wistful meditative lilt is likely to attract fans of those particular artists as well as any number of other acoustic-tinged musicianaries. The laid back mood of much of this material makes it an album which takes its time to grow on you but grow on you it does, with the sheer strength of melody and depth of lyrics engaging the listener. Not the most innovative album you'll hear this year but definitely one worth investigating.

Please let me know where I can buy this cd, we recently moved from SA, and when our container was unpacked my CD cover was mysteriously empty, and this is my favourite album of all time!

Hi Clive & James

I have a feeling that you guys have not produced your last album. I know that you have all moved on with your respective lives, but something tells me that there is another collaboration somewhere in the future. I will wait patiently!
