Clint Brown is a prolific songwriter, pastor of a large multi-racial congregation and international ministry based in Orlando, Florida, and his music leaps across the usual racial and cultural boundaries - an exuberant blend of gospel and Latin-American sounds. With Clint heading up the whole thing on keys and lead vocals, and some formidable backing from his band and the Faithworld Choir, the sound is simply massive. When they open up with "We've Come To Give Him Praise" and the grooves of "I Love Him", you're left in absolutely no doubt that they mean it. The Latin rhythms of "Glory To God" come as a pleasing contrast, and even when Clint takes a break, LaRue Steward's vocal leads on "This Praise Is For You", and the mellower "Blessing And Honor" are no less accomplished. Not for the fainthearted perhaps - these guys really do mean business.
