Tim Gray and Jeff Wesseling bring us 11 power pop offerings which benefit from some tasty guitar (Wesseling) but which suffer the indignity of programmed drums and bass which always drag the sound kicking and screaming back to the '80s, which I'm sure is not the intention. Some encouraging moments, particularly in "Create" and "Little Star", but overall a rather toothless sound robs this of the impact it otherwise might have made.
