Produced by Philip Janz and recorded in Germany by the Janz Team Music Production group, this album by a hugely talented Canadian singer/songwriter takes you on a very moving musical journey. As Brian Doerksen, writes "Danny has a wonderful gift of writing words that describe our hearts' cry...and then setting that cry free on the wings of soaring melody." From the first track "Come To The Cross" to the closer "Give Me Christ" there are beautiful and sensitive sounds here. "That's My King" is where the party really begins with passionate vocals before an even greater high is reached in Danny's simple but very clever "The Hammer And The Nail". As a complete package - the songs, photographs and the added thoughts written inside the sleeve, 'Come To The Cross' hits the spot in every place. With thanks and admiration I say high marks for an outstanding album.
