This is full of Great Glad A cappella! It took 6 months total for recording this collection; released in March of 1996. This is full of reminiscent songs that will take the listener back to reflective moments. I love the background for starter song of ancient hymn, "The Solid Rock". I luv "Tell it Like it is" immensely!Great lead by long time member Ed Nalle. wtg guys!! The great ccm classic "YOUR Love Broke Through" is not totally a cappella;Wow! 20 years old! since we heard Phil Keaggy's first recorded version, followed by the late Keith Green's first recorded version.Former Glad member Bob Kauflin wrote the stupendous "Doer of YOUR Word" and "Stars in the Universe". Another golden age hymn "Arise My Soul, Arise" is wonderful, great job guys, you got to me with this one! I'll admit that some of the vocal styles take you back to the 50's somewhat. I recall singing "We Gather Together " in school chorus; I never knew it dated back to the early 1600's, WOW! I enjoyed this one!
