This young group hailing from Northern Ireland are fast building a reputation as purveyors of fine pop rock. Radio One airplay and high-profile support slots preceded the release of this debut EP so expectations are high, and from the opening track the band do not disappoint. "Distance" features a driving, fuzzy bass guitar riff and pounding drums that sound like paving slabs being dropped from the top of a tower block that contrast nicely with vocalist Sara Crockett's sweet tones. Produced by worship director/producer/songwriter Tre Sheppard, the five songs here sound fresh and exciting and should win a place in the hearts of fans of energetic, classy rock. "I want you to know you won't be alone/I'll be the only thing you need" sings Sara as the band wind back the pace on mellow number "Heart Of Glass", featuring chiming guitar from Peter Burton and elegant piano work from Tre. A great taster from a band with an exciting future.
