In all honesty I cannot get enthusiastic about this CD. For many this type of music inspires worship, but for me it inspires sleep. It is described on the cover as "a vibrant and joyous environment of praise and worship", led by familiar names such as Graham Kendrick, Johnny Markin and Chris Bowater, but on the whole I found it to be rather predictable and uncreative with nothing to separate it from the other six zillion similar sounding praise albums that can be found in ample supply in any Christian bookshop you care to mention. I noticed Sue Rinaldi's name on one song but I couldn't distinguish her voice from the others. The monotony was momentarily lifted by John Perry on "Sweeter Than The Spring", who showed considerable style, and by the sweet, clear vocals of ex-Heartbeat's Trish Morgan on "Where Can I Go From Your Spirit", but not enough, unfortunately, to convert me.

I would love to have another copy of this CD or cassette / My husband and I were in England and purchased his Cassette Streams of Worship and Rivers of Praise / I popped it into the car player / and we literally cried through the whole countryside of England listening to his music / If anyone has a copy of this I would LOVE to have it! Wish it was still available!

I thoroughly disagree! It may seem predictable now but this album lifted me out of myself, yes, in 1994 some time ago, out of the depths and into the Love of Christ. The tender encouragement of 'Confidence', the resounding hymn 'Praise my Soul ..' and intercessary 'This nation shall be great' rocked my world for months. Few other praise and worship events have the instruments that Grapevine has and so well arranged by Chris Bowater. Trish's song 'Where can I go from your Spirit' is wonderful and brought great healing to my soul. My only regret is that I stood on this CD and it is now broken. Know where I can get a replacement? Please let me know. Come back 1994 praise.
