This five-piece rock band from Ottawa, Canada are beginning to register Stateside. After several listens to their combination of guitar-driven rock and tight vocal harmonies I would suggest there is enough originality here to rise above the hundreds of other pop rock hopefuls. An example is the title track, which manages to walk the thin line of rock conveyed with emotion. The closest thing I can compare it with is the brooding musical style of Switchfoot. This does not mean that there is not room for a gentle side, "Fireflies" (no, not the Owl City song!) opens with gorgeous acoustic guitar and superb harmonies. Here is the closest you get to direct Christian lyrics with encouragement to "fall on your knees". Another standout track is the anthem "Get Ready To Go" which states life is more than you see and an encouragement to press on. Overall, this is a rock album that stands amongst the best.
