Ian Goodwill is, I believe, a Brit but recorded this set of self-composed songs in 2003 in Germany with producer, engineer and keyboard player Dieter Konig. Ian's musical approach is decidedly old school whether he's approaching a country-tinged shuffle ("Last Train To Heaven"), a blues ballad ("Jesus Loves You") or a '60s pop throwback ("Easy Way Out"). Considering the lack of real drums and indeed much in the way of instrumentation beyond Ian's versatile guitar, this is pleasant on the ear though I suspect most of the audience for Ian's retro music style would prefer covers of '60s and '70s hits rather than these stereotypical songs of salvation.

I think this music is very good, even though the review mentions some of the music is like some thing from the sixties. I like blues and country music, and lots of old and young do to. Some times its nice to hear chrisitian music in this style
