Well if classic AOR is right up your street then you can't go wrong with this one. Since 1986 Idle Cure have released four well-received albums, so with this offering being 'the best of those four releases you know this has to be a fine compilation. For me it's all a bit samey to handle the whole album at once. Good driving music mind you. The quicker "Overdrive" and the heavier "It's No Fun Anymore" are probably the most interesting - with one notable exception. Somehow dance giant Scott Blackwell got his paws on two of the tracks ("Pray" and "Breakaway") and remixed them into a delightful blend of rock and dance, seven minutes long. (Better than the originals if you ask me.)
