Heller is a girl, a gifted Nashville-based singer/songwriter and this is her second release. She seems determined to stick close to her acoustic guitar rather than going in a poppier direction and it really works for her. The uncluttered production features some nice touches to enhance rather than drown out her well crafted songs. Highlights include the subtle string arrangements that augment the passionate "All The Beauty" as well as the yearning desire of "When I Leave" with its final chorus of the hymn "I'll Fly Away" in the coda. The closing title track is a fitting end to this album with its brokenness and its acknowledgement that Jesus wants to strip away everything in our lives except his love. It's a beautiful song that concludes a set of beautiful songs. For fans of the music of Sara Groves or Susan Ashton you can add another quality female singer/songwriter to your list.
