Well, what can I say? As soon as I started to play this album I wished myself back with the Explorers group! Either as a leader or a child, I don't mind! Any leader of children may agree with me when I say that a child fired up for God is one thing, but to GET children fired up for God can be quite another matter! For anyone with this problem GET THIS ALBUM! The first track, "D'ya Wanna Be In God's Gang" is an 'amended' version of Gary Glitter's oldie! It immediately took me back to my childhood. A wonderful variety of music on this album, rock and roll, blues, calypso/caribbean types, and even an old crackly 20s sounding track! The majority of songs left me thinking and planning how the children in my own church could do this one, how to make costumes for that one etc. In fact, I took the album to my housegroup to sample for those who actually have children and I had a very difficult task to get it back. The children haven't even heard it yet, but from all of us adults in our housegroup a definite thumbs up.
