You probably didn't realize it, but you are very likely to have heard Joy's voice before, but as backing vocals on the Prince Of Egypt soundtrack hit "When You Believe" (Witney Houston and Mariah Carey). 'The Call', released in 2016, is the third studio album by Ms Enriquez' and ably demonstrates the singer/actress's powerful vocal talent. The set opens with the infectious "O Happy Day" with its hint of Lumineers which also influences other songs on the album. Joy easily engages the listener on tracks like "Heavenly Joy" with its great folk/retro '50s backing and the encouraging "Conquer". The radio friendly "Hallelujah" featuring Kirk Franklin performing a rap is simply brilliant and the best cut on the album. There is also a Spanish version for good measure.

Enriquez is poised to be the next major inspirational artist with “Hallelujah.” The uplifting anthem, featuring classical violinist phenom Lindsey Stirling, signals the official launch of Lifestyle Music Group (LMG).

Joy Enriquez is anything but new to the entertainment industry.
