Kristene is part of the Jesus Culture Music stable, which for those aware of the stunning worship music emerging from it's Redding California epicentre will immediately attract discerning browsers to Ms Mueller's debut. And indeed this is a stunning release. Mueller's voice contains a fragile strength that draws the listener into her world of mellow, non-formulaic songs of worship to her Lord. Mature writing abounds throughout this release and each song gives an honest and sincere account of her deep faith and love for God. Producer Jeremy Edwardson's skills in taking Mueller's initially quiet performances to a stirring climax are used to great effect - most notably in tracks like the worshipful "All My Devotion" - whilst the Sixpence None The Richer soundalike "Redemption" gives a nod to Mueller's influences. Other highlights include the thought-provoking "Mercy" which concisely details God's love for us from his point of view whilst a beautifully understated version of "Amazing Grace" seals a fantastic debut.

Product Description
Those Who Dream is the debut solo album from Jesus Culture worship leader Kristene Mueller.

It’s full of sweet and deeply devotional ballads that will move your heart to heaven and your hope to earth. And on Those Who Dream sweet doesn’t mean lacking in depth, and ballad doesn’t mean lacking in passion. Instead, this is an album of strikingly original acoustic songs, that are only fully appreciated over multiple listens. Intricate, poured-over arrangements are never allowed to be bigger than the songs themselves, which speak of deep devotion coming out of reverence and spiritual maturity.

the most beautiful, intimate worship i've ever come across. Kristene says the words to God that i wanted to say if only i could have thought of them. she gives me words to say and words to pray but also God himself speaks truths to me through her lyrics so very powerfully yet gently. she has such a wonderful and different way with lyrics and particularly speaks to women - those awesome, undervalued, daughters of God. listen closely and grow.
