The globally successful gospel reggae singer returns with his fifth studio album. Time has clearly not withered the spiritual passion and devotion evident in each of the album's 14 tracks, in particular the uncompromising "Fool For Jesus" featuring the powerful vocals of Tony Rich. Perhaps the most memorable track on the album though is the powerful call for world peace entitled "We Are Gonna Have To Live Together". Western and Arabic leaders alike would do well to take note of its lyrics urging the world's races to live together as one. Musically though, 'No Boundaries' to the most part fails to hit the spot. It is disappointing to find Lewis' reggae sound that in 1988 won him a Grammy for his Jamaican number one hit "Every Time I Read My Bible" diluted by cheesy keyboard sounds. This often goes unnoticed though due to the immense spiritual power of the singer's voice.
