Those familiar with the growing sub-genre of all age worship will know that this husband and wife duo are pioneering something special with their debut 'Big Family Of God' being a steady seller. Passionate about leading children and adults in evanescent worship the couple, based at St Paul's, Hammersmith, have come up with a batch of songs which have the same kind of crisp, punchy, hook filled approach to the current crop of secular tweeny-pop purveyors. Becky's voice is perfect for this kind of material while Dan and Matt Weeks production has sufficient poptastic immediacy to keep the kiddiewinkers leaping around and their parents tentatively shaking a leg with them. Themes tackled include being a witness for Christ ("Standing Up For Jesus"), declarations of adoration ("God I'm Yours") and the simple revelation that "God Is Here". Along with the audio album there is a bonus CD which includes backing tracks, chord sheets, stories about the songs and interviews. Fine resource that the Drake's and Elevation Records can be proud of.
