Live rocky worship from the renowned International House Of Prayer's Onething '09 conference in Kansas City. IHOP's best known music minister Misty Edwards is heard here on the prophetic call, "People Get Ready" and is as powerful as ever. Laura Hackett leads the gathering in similarly urgent energetic songs, "Lowest Place" and "I Put On Christ" and joins with Cory Asbury on a couple of other numbers while Audra Lynn's "Psalm Of Abraham" is a hopeful cry of faith. Meaty rock guitars and drums drive most of the music along but there are exceptions: "Where I Belong" by Cory Asbury is beautiful, mellow and quiet, as is "Real Love" by Luke Wood. Finally, Allyson Prior's extemporised song "Grace To Love You" brings in the prophetic element for which IHOP are renowned and has a deft, ambient feel. Overall, the album is unashamedly loud, bold and anti-apathetic. The bonus DVD contains the same songs as the CD though in a different order. Powerful stuff.
