This is a debut live recording of 10 songs from young worship leaders from Newton Aycliffe's CLC church. All songs are written by Felix Clack, one of the leaders. Maturity in writing, interpretation and performing of songs is consistently evident. The recording stands up well alongside the likes of Soul Survivor and is better than Hillsong United. Talented young British performers seem to be forming an extended army of worshippers which cannot be bettered. Perhaps it's an extension of the days when those two seminal Soul Survivor 'People's Albums' arrived on the scene. There's still a rawness in the recording here which I found appealing while the songs themselves have a simplicity accessible by unchurched people. Some are rousingly anthemic and some more gentle and there's a well balanced mix of male/female lead and choruses. An album well worth searching out.

Bought the album for our 10 year old son, he thinks it's fantastic and listens to it daily on his MP3. Certainly comparable with United in our son's opinion. Can't wait for the follow up!!!!

Fantastic album, I love every single track on it. Well deserving of the 8 out of 10 it has received.
