Long experimental tracks where a haunting lady singer occasionally gives a Portishead feel to the undulating soundscapes which mix trance, techno and electronica elements in a sonic feast which will delight all those who want their examples of technical wizardry untainted by the dread hand of commerciality. Played loud this is dazzling stuff with Ladonna Willems’ enigmatic poetry on “Breathe” and “Dreams” the perfect base for multi-textured layers of constantly shuffling rhythm. Not for faint hearts but a delight for those who want more than a dancefloor pulse.
