Their second record on Solid State, and this is a continuation in the same vein - hardcore and then some. There are hints of other musical elements throughout the album - punk, modern metal groove, a percussive instrumental, even a touch of alternative moodiness; singing as well as the traditional screaming. Did I even hear violins? But each song always leads you back to the core of this band - the hardcore(!). If you are getting tired of straight ahead hardcore this could be the welcome fresh air you are looking for.
