There can be few readers of Cross Rhythms who haven't encountered the dance music ministry of Steve Hall, otherwise known as The Called. For two years now he's been putting tracks on The Experience CD sampler. Now at last is a "proper" album. The title track, over a ricocheting groove and a growling vocal with Steve sounding uncannily like Bob Marley, is a stone classic and a favourite of Cross Rhythms radio. Now everything is up to that shining standard, with one or two tracks featuring the cheesy sounds of below average programming. But the album is still well worth the money for "No Fear" alone and with Steve's testimony, as told to Chris Cole on God Digital, as a two part bonus, this is an album with a profound ability to minister to the unsaved. Invest in this man's ministry and send for his album.
