There are some excellent tracks on this album by an American diva. The title cut features a hooky chorus and the kind of positive action lyric currently so reflective of the African American church. Just as good is "Great Jehovah" which features a funky little riff and again shows off Theresa's soulful contralto. Against these goodies there are simply too many similarly paced songs and the production by Dewayne Staten and Eliot Jefferson relies far too much on standard keyboard introductions which though slickly executed do little to help one song to stand out from the next. Theresa is a powerful singer but the lapses in production and songwriting make this an album which simply doesn't stand out from the crowd.
