The final instalment in this series of remastered recordings of early '90s prison ministry times run by Tony Loeffler ends this hugely captivating and somewhat ramshackle series in style. Certainly the most musically accomplished volume, Loeffler and his Blue Angels backing band are on fine form as they entertain inmates with a delightfully funk-infested set. For instance, the fabulous "You Can Be" showcases the sheer tightness of the Angels whilst Loeffler's theme tune "Finish Line" - reworked here for the sixth time - gets a funky overhaul for good measure. Other stalwarts such as "Touched By Love", "Bright Light" and "See The Valley" appear once again whilst speaker Marc Tirondola, who himself was in jail nine times, explains to his prisoner audience in the clearest way possible why there was no 10th time. Whilst this series was originally never intended for public consumption and is undeniably unpolished and occasionally repetitive, it is an invaluable document of some incredibly anointed and fruitful times of ministry and a lesson on how it should be done for all who are engaged in prison ministry.
