Urban D, who, if you don't already know, is the pastor of the pioneering hip-hop Crossover Community Church in Tampa, Florida, brings us another offering from the fold, hot on the heels of DJ Lopez’ 'Crossover Cypha'. This album contains mostly his own stuff, though many of the Fla.vor Alliance crew make appearances at times. In the main the feel is serious East Coast with flashes of the Latino that has now become Urban’s signature. So what's really in it? There's a fair bit of filla and a couple of odd tracks, but some great highlights. “813 Green Cards” is a kind of open mic track that pumps it loud and proud, a big and varied percussive sound. “The Immigrant” and its remix is a whirlwind Latin-laced party anthem that ploughs unstoppably through the best part of 10 minutes of the proceedings. Very large and acoustic, just the way I like it.

Urban D is cool man. He is the perfect replacement for Eminem who sings about the opposite worldly stuff all cussin and negative, urban D sings about our Lord Jesus Christ boldly and his music is cool man!
