Urban D is a successful hip hop youth pastor in Florida, "Takin' the cross-over to the hip hop culture." Check him out at www.flavoralliance.com. The sound is East coast BUT! with a Med/Latino/Greek-come-Spanish flavour, lots to sayva. Tracks include a hilarious downtown interlude at "Tuckaroni's Pizzaria", "It's A Beautiful Thing". The straight talking "Who Do You Serve?" shocks you into listening with its pull no punches lyrics, whilst gliding along on a smooth orchestral tip. The challenging "What We Do Now" effectively explores the steady degradation of modern morals and the apathy of some Christians toward the spiritual mess around us. A few phlat tracks, but all in all a very good album.
