dc Talk - great, but karaoke? Four great original tracks (which if you’re into you’ve already got!) plus the same four with no lead vocal. Old songs you’ve probably sung along to all your going to want to. ‘Open Mic’ have a dozen such albums out, they obviously expect them to sell to a vast range of musician fans. Will they all indulge in karaoke- I doubt it. Real addicts will probably know but, when and where anyone else would use this, beats me. “Sados in sad pubs are still into karaoke,” according to our resident 15 year old. She enjoys dc Talk, has a number of their albums; I have much of the ‘Jesus Freaks’ material, we both feel this is not going to work. Not only is karaoke a dated idea, but we couldn’t locate the apparent “on screen lyrics” and “CD Graphics” on the disk.
