Tony Cummings spoke to Josie Buchanan, Peyton Allen and Chloe Vassallo of the Redding, California-based BRIGHT ONES
Continued from page 1
Peyton: "I have not. I had acted before, but I'd never played a character to that depth. When we were shooting the movie, I had to grow and practice getting in that space. So it was a little difficult, for sure."
Tony: When did you and your parents start going to Bethel Church?
Peyton: "We moved here in 2010 from SoCal. It's been about nine years."
Tony: Were you a Christian when you first attended?
Peyton: "Yeah. I've been a Christian pretty much since I was born. I grew up in a Christian family. I'm fortunate enough to have an amazing family."
Tony: One of the directors of the Bright Ones film is called Fred Vassallo. Is he related, Chloe?
Chloe: "Yes, that's my dad."
Tony: Are you as interested in fashion as your character, Mia?
Chloe: "Yes, I'm very interested as my aunt does wardrobe for a lot of famous people."
Tony: In the film, Mia discovers how great some of the old hymns are. Do you also enjoy listening to them?
Chloe: "I guess because I used to go to church with my grandmother when I was kid, I actually enjoy them. They carry so much intelligence and brilliance you get to learn from the things they said, even though you might have to interpret it."
Tony: What's your favourite song in the movie?
Chloe: "Probably 'We Dance' or 'You're Gonna Be Okay'."
Tony: Is that because you like dancing?

My favorite is Peyton Allen. He is kind!!I want to know more about him....
