Is this album "Closed for the Winter" still available?

The track " Another Rainbow " from the albumn Closed for the Winter soothes the spirit when mourning the loss of a loved one. It gives comfort and hope during bereavement. I recently heard the track on a radio programme and was desperate to get a copy of the albumn, which is sadly no longer available. Any ideas of where I could get one from?
