'The Side Effect' EP latest for Arkansas' Deas Vail

CRITICALLY acclaimed Arkansas-based band Deas Vail have released a six-song EP 'The Side Effect', available digitally from Mono Vs Stereo. Said the band's singer Wes Blaylock, "We're excited about 'The Side Effect' EP as a compilation of songs that are special to us but haven't had the attention they deserve. 'The Side Effect' is one of our favourite songs from the self-titled recording sessions because we really stretched ourselves in it. We were able to create some great moments in that song. Although it didn't fit into what we were doing on the self-titled album, we always hoped to release an EP anchored by that song. 'Unnatural Ceilings' was almost the title of the self-titled album, but after multiple sequences for the record, it just didn't fit into the final mix even though it's a strong song for us. We're proud to finally get these songs out to our fans."
