Hull's Hot Gospel move from amateur to professional status

HULL-based gospel choir Hot Gospel, who in 2011 released the 'Many Rooms' album, have made the transition from an amateur to professional choir. Said choir director Helen Garnett, "God as ever remains our focus and central to all we do. We will continue to be first and foremost worshippers who are on fire for him. This renewed expression of faith will enable us to take the Gospel further afield, whilst members of the choir still being able to continue with their job roles and give the time and dedication needed to produce the standard required to be a great choir." CR
