Leeland ready fourth album 'The Great Awakening'

AMERICAN rock band Leeland will be releasing their fourth, 'The Great Awakening', on 20th September. The project will be the first featuring Leeland's new bassist Shelly Mooring, who is the sister of the band's leader, Leeland Mooring. She replaces Jake Holtz who left the band to serve in the US Army. Each of the 11 songs on 'The Great Awakening' is inspired by "fathers of the faith" including evangelist Jonathan Edwards and Salvation Army founder William Booth. The project was produced by Paul Moak (Third Day, Matt Maher). CR
