EMI Gospel to release 'The Future' by Mr Del.

ONE OF the major figures in America's holy hip-hop underground is set to receive a big push by EMI Gospel. Mr Del was a popular rapper with mainstream hip-hop posse Three 6 Mafia but after a dramatic conversion in 2000 he left the group. Death threats followed but the rapper, born Delmar Lawrence, remained true to his faith and began releasing projects on his Holy South label. Now Mr Del's album 'The Future' seems set to break him into the Christian marketplace.  CR

I just saw Mr. Del and his Holy South posse at the After party for A youth concert called YouCa make It. It was incredible. I almost felt like I had back-slidden until i realized that God has commanded us to praise him. The entire dance floor was slammed and the the m of the event was Krunked for Christ. Anyone who wants to get their young people on fire for God and give a hard hittin' CD. Mr. Del's the Future is on point. Much love to the entire Holy South Crew.
