Natalie Cole writes tell-all autobiography

GRAMMY AWARD winning R&B star Natalie Cole, daughter of the late Nat King Cole, has written a no holds barred autobiography; The book, Angel On My Shoulder (Warner Books), details her years of drug abuse and abusive relationships before her coming to faith. The singer told Gospel Today magazine, "I am surprised at the courage I got to even write this book...and he was building me up to be able to do that. 10 years ago I was absolutely panicked; I could never have written this book 10 years ago, when I was approached. So this is a real journey I have been on to come to the place to be able to write this book. It has taken courage and now my theme is 'No Fear'. And even in the midst of my fear - because I'm human - 'Walk Anyway'. I walk by faith. And it's really something to behold, because a lot of times I'm walking and it's not even me walking.
