Electro-rock band Ohio Avenue release debut

AN ELECTRO-ROCK band, Ohio Avenue, from Birmingham, Alabama have released their debut album Stateside. 'The Sound' was issued on 16th February through a distribution partnership with Indie Community and Ingrooves. It was produced by Adam Smith, who has previously written tracks with the likes of Britt Nicole and Chris Sligh, and the bands lead singer, Derek Williams. Over the last year, Ohio Avenue have seen over 50 children sponsored and are planning a trip to Ecuador in March to minister at Compassion sites and see their work first hand. Their work with Compassion led to the writing of the song "The Sound". Said Williams, "I realised how many children were screaming out for help and no one was responding. We want to try to be a voice for those children in need." CR
