Christian artists set to play at 10th of June Jam festival

A BEVY of top Christian music artists are set to play at Reading's one-day JAM festival held on 10th June. Eden Burning, Sue Rinaldi, Caroline Bonnett, John Pantry, John Stamp, K, True Addiction, Why? and The Funky Beehive have been booked to play. Several thousand people are expected to attend the festival which has grown from an event featuring local groups to become Britain's largest indoor Christian music fest. The event will take place in several venues in Reading town centre. Said the festival's co-ordinator Hadyn Wood, "This year's JAM festival is focussed on creating an event with a wide variety of arts and entertainment and a relaxed atmosphere which will appeal to as many people as possible and will demonstrate something of the love and care that local Christians have for their community." CR
